In some good news, the West End and some theatres in Tier 2 areas, are now able to open again to live audiences.
Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are currently in Tier 3, so we cannot open, and Nottingham theatres remain closed for audiences.
However, with the vaccine in sight, and reducing infection rates, we look forward to Nottingham theatres re-opening in the Spring.
For WBDS, we need to be able to rehearse in the Studio Theatre, so even though there is some glimmer of hope, we are unlikely to re-open before the Summer for live shows, as we have to rehearse and have limited space back stage for social distancing.
